Michael Amon, MD, presents the world's first implantation of a Sulcoflex Pseudophakic Supplementary IOL (Rayner, East Sussex, United Kingdom) in a 2 year old male. This duet-implantation involves removal of the congenital cataract, implantation of an in-the-bag lens, and concludes with the injection of a Sulcoflex lens into the ciliary sulcus.
