Tractional Retinal Detachment After Ruptured Globe Injury

David Ehmann, MD, and Michael A. Klufas, MD, present a case of retinal incarceration and tractional retinal detachment after ruptured globe injury and primary repair. The patient, a 46 year old male, underwent pars plana vitrectomy with retinectomy and silicone oil tamponade to repair the retinal detachment.
