Traction Retinal Detachments

With the Constellation Vision System (Alcon, Fort Worth, TX), the vitrector is quickly able to remove vitreous and blood. The subsequent cases of traction retinal detachment with vitreous hemorrhage and macular hole, serve to further illustrate the speed and meticulousness of the cutter.
