This cataract video describes Dr. Tipperman's use of the INFINITI Vision platform and the OZil Intelligent Phaco (IP) and INTREPID technologies. The dense lens is deconstructed with a chopper and divide and conquer phacoemulsification. After the cortex is removed, the capsule is polished with soft I/A tip and the bag is refilled with ProVisc to prepare for monofocal IOL implantation. OVD is removed from behind the lens while it is unfolding and then Dr. Tipperman demonstrates how to rotate the lens with the I/A tip.
