Dr. Donnenfeld demonstrates an easy way to make LRIs with a modified Dell marker and the angled Donnenfeld LRI Diamond knife (Accutome, Malvern, PA). He uses lubricating eye drops to help the knife glide over the eye, obviating the need to fixate the globe.
