Dear Colleagues, Thank you for you valuable comments. I always use the Scleral Belt Loop Tunnels for 2.40 bands and even sometimes for tires. They avoid all the possible complications related to sutures, like suture granuloma, infection etc. Tunnels are really faster, nicer, and even safer, if not saying anything about all the related advantages of its sutureless nature. It does have the learning curve, but to perform It just looks more difficult then it actually is in real practice.
Too risky making those scleral pockets, I prefer sutures. But everybody got their methods and if it works for you fine.
