You can obtain the cannula from Alcon. It comes with a pack that is called Viscous Fluid Control Pak. Ref#8065750957.
where can i obtain the cannula?
It really does not take very long, even though the oil is viscous. Surgery time from insertion of the cannula to removal of ports takes about 30 minutes including oil removal, and a series of air-fluid exchanges. I use 25G+ Alcon cannula, and Alcon's silicone oil removal syringe. Thank you for watching and thanks for your comment!
Nice technique, but it takes a certain time. What kind of cannulae do you use?
