Pterygium Excision: Iceberg Technique
Dr. Arun Gulani presents a recurrent pterygium excision and sutureless fixation of dehydrated amniotic membrane using fibrin glue. Dr. Gulani situates the amnion before applying a modest amount of glue beneath. He then squeegees the glue to the outer ends of the graft using two Wexcel sponges.
