OZil IP in a Cataractous and Glaucomatous Eye
A 72-year-old female experienced blunt trauma to the right eye 4 years previously. The crystalline lens suffered some dislocation but did not develop an opacity at the time. Several months later, the eye developed glaucoma, which did not respond to medication. Dr. Aslan extracted the cataract using a vertical chopping technique facilitated by OZil IP Torsional Ultrasound.

no- this is horizontal chopping. but the chopper looks like a sharp vertical chopper, and it therefore looked a little risky to go out so far to the equator with that thing. iris looks floppy- not an easy case.
