Tractional Retinal Detachment with 27G

A 32-year-old female patient presents with tractional retinal detachment secondary to diabetes and poor compliance. Her first surgery was LIO (laser treatment with panophthalmoscope) and intravitreal Avastin. The second surgery, shown here, was a lens sparing 27G vitrectomy.
