respectfully disagree with mechanism. agree with hirsfield's video- that the bss is blocked by viscoelastic and goes backwards through zonules into vitreous. thats why entire lens/capsule diaphragm comes forward. if it's bss trapped in bag, then you would see the nucleus come forward out of the bag, not like in this case where the whole bag is coming forward.
Thanks for sharing this nice video. I prefer doing no hydrodissection in these cases at all. Since there isn't almost any cortex, the nucleus can be rotated with little effort.
