Aphakic Pediatric Glaucoma

The patient then presented with acute glaucoma that was uncontrolled by medication. In this video, the author demonstrates an anterior vitrectomy, sutureless, retropupilliary fixated Artisan intraocular lens implantation, and placement of an Ahmed valve.
