Dislocation of the Crystalline Lens to the Anterior Chamber

Dr. Kaluzny presents a case of a 39-year-old patient diagnosed with Marfan syndrome who experienced a sudden loss of visual acuity in the right eye. A slit-lamp examination revealed that the crystalline lens had dislocated to the anterior chamber and was in contact with the endothelium.
