Do you previously mix the brilliant peel with dextrose 10%?

Nice, but with Brilliant Blue you don't need to do it under air and the contact time is zero.

Could you please tell me what visualisation system you use? is this BIOM and is it easy to see under air with BIOM or better with indirect contact lenses?

Dear Doc JMG

Where do you order that dye from? Does anybody know?

JMG (29 months ago)

Nice technique with mnimal dye under air. I like the approach. I hope that you can do that in majority of cases. It is a good lesson and i will try it to my next macula surgeries. thank you that you share with us this video.
