Femtosecond-Assisted Anterior Lamellar Keratoplasty

Balidis Miltos, MD, PhD, FEBO, presents a femtosecond assisted anterior lamellar keratoplasty in a 56-year-old patient with a old corneal scar. The 250-mm flap is made with the Ziemer Femto LDV femtosecond laser. The Allegreto Excimer Laser is then used to completely remove the scar and a donor graft is sutured into place.
