Tightness of the flap can affect the IOP- laser suture lysis can be done in the standard way. You can perform LSL earlier than with trab- and with apparently less risk of hypotony.

Does the tightness of the flap suture still affect the IOP with the shunt? Is laser suture lysis still done after the procedure?
