Small Pupil Comes Down

This is my supracapsular nuclear disassembly technique which works well in patients with IFIS and in cases where the pupil is less than ideally dilated. As you can see, the anterior chamber fluidics are very stable and the nuclear fragments come to the hand piece with ease. [No sound]
