Difficult Enclavation of Artiflex Haptics due to Overfilling of the AC
As Dr. Frank Goes shows, overfilling the anterior chamber can make enclavation of ARTIFLEX Phakic IOL haptics difficult. The over-pressurized AC makes the pupil conclave and difficult to grasp. Upon aspiration of OVD, positioning and stabilization of the haptics is possible.
