Terry Kim, MD, Professor of Ophthalmology, Duke University Eye Center, shows a complex cataract case with presumed trauma. After 3 to 4 clock hours of zonular weakness was noted, MST retractors and a capsular tension ring were used to provide support to the capsular bag. Due to excess manipulation of the incision, the ReSure Sealant was used to close the wound and paracentesis ports.
