Hi its an amazing page there is any chance to pediatric and strabismus I´ll apreciated
I note also your phaco sleeve is oriented with the fluid ports held vertically, thereby effectively hosing-down the endothelium.
seems to me that this could easily be rubbing against the endothelium, and also some sharp cortical material could easily puncture the PC. Not to mention the zonular stress this technique will induce.
