Dr. Epes demonstrates his expression and IOL implantation technique. First, the lens is prolapsed out of the capsule bag with dull cystotome, then an irrigating cannula is used to float the lens into anterior chamber and out the incision. The IOL is positioned in the capsular bag and the wound is closed with interrupted sutures.
