Zonular Dialysis
Dr. David Chang presents a patient with a trampolining posterior capsule due to nasal zonular dialysis. As the cortex is grabbed with the I/A tip on the nasal side, wrinkling in the posterior capsule is visible. The bag is filled with a viscoelastic and a Henderson CTR is placed in the bag to hold the posterior capsule taut during cortical clean-up.

What about trying Dewey's J-Cannula technique? Instead of pulling on the cortex.
