Proliferative Vitreoretinopathy with 25G
This is a case of PVR managed with 25 gauge vitrectomy. The retina is flatten with perfluorocabon liquid and 25 gauge forceps are used to peel membranes. The vitrector very efficiently removes all of the vitreous from the vitreous base without causing iatrogenic breaks.
