Thanks for your comments. To tell you the truth, I dont know if is an ICL or a PRL. The cornea surgeons at the Hospital told me is an ICL. To be honest, for me is just a luxated IOL in a phackic patient.

I return to repeat: this luxated lens is a PRL, not a ICL.It is possible to verify perfectly in the design of haptics and edges.

ICL phacic lenses are for Sulcus fixation, It is indeed quite rare complication for severe zonula defects and subluxation into the vitreos cavity. ICL is very soft collamer material. It is easy to implant, manipulate and explante from the anterior chamber. Cutting the ICL is not a big problem at all.
