Posterior Optic Button Holing

The technique of posterior optic button holing is used in pediatric cataract patients in order to avoid secondary cataracts and in adults to achieve a stable, centered IOL placement. Dr. Burkhard Dick demonstrates this technique under the Lumera microscope which provides excellent visualization of the anterior and posterior capsulorhexis and lens placement.

I would like to have features about postoperative complications, if any. Obviously it is not possible to remove the OVD from behind the PCIOL as we normally do; does this lead to postoperative IOP increase? Do you normally prescribe CAIs as postoperative treatment? Many thanks for your answers
