marcos-the technique is different in both cases. for this case i used a millenium and titrated the vac using yaw; for the zeiss film fest cases the torsional and mod asp/vac smoothes things out. alan crandall taught me not to move the eye during surgery and that helps tremendously as well. thanks for you interest. jason

Amazing..Please how do you achive that level of smoth aspiration of hard fragments without any turbulence. I saw your other video in Zeiss film festival and it´s exactly the same perfect control. Is it a combination of machine parameters? foot pedal control? Thanks for sharing
