Very nice flap and please look how smooth is stroma. I have done more than 2000 eyes of SBK with Schwind Pendula microkeratome and stroma is always very smooth and evenly dry if flap is under 100 microns. There are no stria problems at all with these flaps and I manage to relift 80 micron flap after 12 months with no difficulties with simple 25G angled Rycroft cannula. Again this video nice and shows easy, fast and economic way to create perfect flap.
