A 1.5-mm vertical radial incision is made, and the pupil is contracts. The conjunctiva is pushed toward the limbus with a dull crystal blade, and a filtration track is made with the Fugo Plasma Blade, which ablates its way through the conjunctiva and the limbus. Air and sodium hyaluronate are placed in the anterior chamber. Cross-linked sodium hyaluronate is placed under the conjunctiva, and the conjunctival hole is sutured.
