This lens was the original Tecnis 3-piece silicone IOL from Pharmacia. Model Z9000. AMO has subsequently purchased Pharmacia's IOLs. The newer version of the 3-piece Tecnis has blue haptics and comes in a hydrophobic acrylic version -ZA9003. The IOL in the second example is an AMO SI-40 which unfortunately has been discontinued.
