Hydrodissection and Hydrodelineation
Dr. Fine discusses how to utilize hydrodissection to weaken the capsular-cortical connections. Following hydrodissection, he performs hydrodelineation to separate the endonucleus and epinucleus. According to Dr. Fine, both of these techniques are helpful in preventing posterior capsule tear.
