Late recentering of IOL and insertion of CTR
Dr. Fine presents a case of a decentered 3-piece silicone IOL. Viscodissection is performed under the capsulorhexis and over the IOL optic to facilitate separation of the capsule leaves. Six paracentesis are made to rotate the lens and remove residual viscoelastic.
