Stephen Slade, MD, presents a laser refractive cataract surgery case, pairing the AcrySof IQ ReSTOR +3.0 D lens with the LenSx Laser technology. After the eye is docked to the LenSx Laser system, the surgeon plans the capsulotomy, lens fragmentation, arcuate incisions, and the primary and secondary incisions. The LenSx Laser performs these steps prior to the patients movement to the operating room. In the operating room, the lens and cortical material is removed with the INFINITI Vision System with OZil IP and an AcrySof IQ ReSTOR +3.0 D lens is inserted. Viewed 9660 times.
