Sub-2-mm with AcrySof IQ ReSTOR

After making the 1.8-mm incision, Richard Mackool, MD, uses microincisional forceps to make a 3.5-4-mm capsulorhexis. Always put the chopper against the scuplted wall, to ensure that the chopper is under capsule. After the lens is removed, an AcrySof IQ ReSTOR lens is inserted with a D-Cartridge inserter through the 1.8-mm incision.
