+4 Cataract; AcrySof IQ Toric IOL

Ivan Ossma, MD MPH, begins this AcrySof IQ Toric IOL case by marking the cornea with the incision axis, lens orientation axis, and capsulorhexis diameter. After the capsulorhexis is made with micro-capsulorhexis forceps, hydrodissection is performed. The nucleus is fragmented and removed with torsional phaco utilizing OZil IP. Following removal of viscoelastic from the eye, an AcrySof IQ Toric IOL is aligned according to the orientation axis marks. Viewed 15688 times.
