In this posterior subcapsular cataract case, Robert Cionni, MD, starts the procedure by marking the center of the visual axis to help position the capsulotomy and IOL. Following hydrodissection, the nucleus is pre-chopped and phacoemulsified with torsional ultrasound. An AcrySof IQ ReSTOR IOL is inserted through the 2.4mm incision. Viewed 15132 times.
