Pupil Bounce After Posterior Capsule Break

The rise time and vacuum are too high for this soft, myopic lens. As the phaco tip nears the posterior capsule, the cortical material and capsule are sucked into the needle. The moment of PC rupture is marked by a dramatic pupil bounce.
