Paintball Injury with Open Posterior Capsule

A pediatric patient presents with paintball injury and open posterior capsule. Lisa Arbisser, MD, performs an anterior vitrectomy and cortical removal with a dry technique under viscoelastic. The IOL is placed with an optic-capture technique through the posterior capsule opening.
