Managing Vitreous in the Anterior Chamber

This is an aphakic patient with a planned anterior chamber lens implantation. Vitreous is found in the AC preoperatively and identified with washed kenalog. Vitreous is coaxed back to the posterior chamber during the pars plana vitrectomy.
