Conversion of PC Tear for Buttonhole Technique

This video, courtesy of Rupert M. Menapace, MD, demonstrates the conversion of a tear in the posterior capsule to a true capsulorhexis. He then demonstrates the buttonhole technique to isolate the posterior segment with an IOL.
