Posterior Capsule Punch to PCCC for Toric IOL

A patient with a previous scleral buckle for retinal detachment wants a toric IOL. Fluidics behave unusually during phacoemulsification and at some point a small, circular tear occurs in the posterior capsule. Lisa Arbisser, MD, converts the tear into a PCCC and implants a one-piece toric lens.
