Anterior Vitreous Around Zonules

Initially mistaken for cortex, vitreous has come through loose zonules and is difficult to reflux. Rather than pulling on the stretchy vitreous and creating traction, Dr. Lisa Arbisser recommends amputating the strands with scissors.
